Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if a product:
Has a major fault (e.g. the file is corrupted, unreadable, or empty)
Is significantly different from its description on our sales page
Does not do what we said it would do
These statutory rights apply regardless of any other terms in this policy.
Digital products — no change-of-mind refunds
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of ebooks and downloadable materials are final once payment has been processed. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, including where:
You have not yet downloaded or accessed the file
You have decided the product is not what you expected (but it matches the description)
You no longer want the product
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept that you are buying a digital product and that you waive any right to a change-of-mind refund. This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Subscription services (if applicable)
You may cancel any subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods.
